ITINERARY
Day 01 Arrive HCM & City Tour (Dinner)
Upon arrival to Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be met up by English speaking guide. Dinner and transfer to hotel for check in. Free at your own leisure.
Day 02 Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After breakfast, go to Cu Chi Tunnels. You will watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels. Then you will spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. After that return to Saigon and have a lunch in Saigon. After lunch, proceed to Ho Chi Minh Tour. You will visit Notre Dame Cathderal, General Post Office, City Hall, Benh Tanh Market Hong Anh Shop and Masjid Besar Saigon. After that dinner at Local Halal restaurant.
Day 03 My Tho (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
The Mekong Delta is the southern most region of Vietnam. It is often referred to as the rice bowl of Vietnam as it produces three harvests per year. The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical fruits and flowers. The Delta area marks the end of a 4,500 km journey made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries. Traditional transportation in the Delta is by boat along a vast network of canals and channels. Drive to My Tho, where you will get your own private boat, which shall start off by driving you to Turtle Island, a beautiful island with many orchards. Here you can enjoy a variety of tropical fruits while listening to traditional South Vietnamese folk songs performed by local artists. Then, you are going to the Bee Farm where you can play with the pythons, try honey tea and taste local confectionery. After that lunch and free time to shop at Ben Thanh Market & SGN Tax Trade Center.
Day 04 HCM / KUL (Breakfast)
After breakfast, free & easy until transfer to airport for your flight back home.
